Repost via @mestiza_mama209 "I miss my uncle David! He was such a free spirit, non judge mental, lived his life how he wanted, old school in so many ways but kept up with the new school lol, had a career he loved (radio dj). Music ???? runs through my blood in so many forms!!

I remember as a kid he’d come by for holidays and birthdays and random visits when he was in town and he always had a few boxes of extra new CDs with him and he’d let us pick whatever we wanted. He got me tickets to my first concert when I was 10 (NKOTB), bomb concerts, summer jams, oldies shows, Janet Jackson, Up In smoke Tour so many more… and I got to meet Aerosmith ???? ????. My auntie gave me this picture of him and #Aaliyah ???????? just one of the many beautifully talented people in this world he met and I wanted to share…

I know a lot of you on my pages loved and miss him and I love how respected and admired he was in his circles and communities. I’m definitely taking his advice and trying to travel and see more of the world. He was a world traveler and made no excuses not to go!!! I miss him and his energy. ????????????????"
