As per demand by fans who have requested to be able to create their own topics on the forum, we have temporarily created this thread as a way for fans to express their own topics, whilst we try to resolve this issue. Please comment below any suggestions you may have for topics and we shall add them into their assigned categories. We have also done the same for voting polls. We purposely did the threads by different era's so that it would be easier for fans to find collections from each particular era. But we will definitely keep that in mind for the future! š

If you guys could get them in nice quality, I suggest we have a "The Red Acapellas" topic. It could help people who want to produceĀ remixes and make vocal analysis videos. Perhaps it can also help the YouTuber MICO with his Aaliyah videos on her vocalĀ range.
Thanks for the feedback Phishebeight, we'll definitely consider that since Aaliyah's music has always been important to us on a global scale to share with like minded fans. Would you be able to share a few examples from this YouTuber if you don't mind? Do they have anything Aaliyah related?

I know the forumĀ and purists are divided on AI but trying to use it for constructive projects and redoing the demos like 'natural' and 'ceo' etc...I had to practice on some easy songs with available acapellas before I got the hang of the workflow on how to clean the vocals and massage/swap the words so they come out pronounced correctly before the main ones took priority. https://www.youtube.com/@everythingaaliyah38/videos
some ideas look good on paper but may still sound like the original singer because the accenting/pitch of the original words may make your brain still think of the original singer and not an AI cover version, which is why male songs to the female version and vice versa still sounds fresh. The AI fails at sultry/breathy voices or songs with too much vocal overlay and comes out staticky/distorted/wrong pitch, even after removing background vocals sometimes.
The Aaliyah AI model is mostly trained from her 1996 official acapellas because of her untimely death made a lot of Red album acapellas/vinyl/remixes suspended from being released to the public

I posted on my channel about her snippets as a last resort to get her attention with the sample work I've previously doneĀ for her to perhaps change her mind for her to valiantly go somewhere with studio equipment toĀ ripĀ the tapes into HQ audio for all fans to enjoy. The current version is just a LQ camera recording from a cassette speaker-system audio.
